Remember Dancing in the Moonlight? Of course you do! That’s right, the band behind one of the biggest hits of this century will be performing on the Electro Love stage at this year’s festival. So if James Bay isn’t your thing and you’re craving a bit of Britpop, the Electro Love stage is the place to be on Saturday night.

The Showhawk Duo

If raving is more your thing, then look no further than The Showhawk Duo. This rave, however, has a bit of a twist. Massive dance hits are recreated by the duo using acoustic guitars, so it’s a little gentler on the ears. Head on over to the Cirque de la Quirk stage on Thursday night if you want your mind to be blown.

77:78

Aaron Fletcher and Tim Parkin, of Mercury Prize-nominated band The Bees, are back with a brand-new project, 77:78. The duo have already picked up huge praise from critics, leading to a record deal with Heavenly and a packed-out show at the recent Great Escape Festival. They will be performing on the locally-run Kashmir Café stage.

Ten Tonnes

If you’re not too hungover on Sunday lunchtime, then it’s worth heading over to the Big Top to catch Ten Tonnes, the younger brother of George Ezra. Boasting a more rock ‘n’ roll sound than his brother, Ten Tonnes has played at just about every major festival in the UK now, gaining thousands of new fans as he does so. Expect catchy tunes and quirky lyrics from the Hertfordshire star – the perfect hangover cure surely?

Phibes

The Cirque de la Quirk stage on Saturday night is the place to be on Saturday night for all you drum ‘n’ bass heads. Headlining the night and back by popular demand is Phibes, supported by Serial Killaz and Ed Solo – that’s a pretty naughty line-up right?

The Isle of Wight Festival 2018 takes place at Seaclose Park, between 21st and 24th June, featuring headliners Depeche Mode, Kasabian, The Killers and Liam Gallagher, as well as The Script, Manic Street Preachers, James Bay and many more.
